I went in expecting at least a decent selection, but there just wasn’t much there. I kept looking around thinking, give me a break, is this really all they have? Nothing really stood out, and there weren’t enough options to make it worth buying anything, so I ended up leaving empty-handed...

Not gonna lie, the sizing on this was really disappointing. I ordered my usual size, but the shirt was tight across the chest and somehow still way too long in the sleeves, so it just looked awkward on me.
The size chart didn’t really help either. I expected maybe a small difference in fit, but this wasn’t even close. Frustrating and I wouldn’t order it again.

They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. Not sure how to explain it, but it wasn’t terrible service or anything — just felt a bit slow.

I was disappointed with my order from polynesian.co. The design looked bright and clean in the preview, but when it showed up the print was kind of blurry and the colors were way darker and duller than expected. I know screens can make colors look a little different, but this felt like a totally different vibe. After I paid, I started feeling a bit uneasy because the final product just didn’t match what I thought I was buying. I wouldn’t order from them again

I ordered from polynesian.co and, to be fair, the website seemed fine and the products looked nice enough, so I was hoping it would be an easy order. But the tracking was weird pretty much from the start. It sat on “label created” for what felt like forever, then randomly changed without giving me any real idea where the package actually was.
I kept checking it, thinking maybe it would update properly, but it just stayed stuck on “in transit” with no delivery date. I contacted customer service and they basically just told me to keep waiting. I guess they replied, which is something, but it didn’t actually help or make me feel any better about the situation.
At this point, I still don’t have the package and I don’t really trust the tracking anymore. Maybe other people have had better luck with them, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t order again

I’m not sure if it was just me, but the site was really frustrating to use. Pages took a while to load, the menus felt kind of confusing, and checkout kept glitching on my phone. I eventually got through it, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

The return itself was simple and only took a few minutes to get sorted, which I appreciated. The only frustrating part was the refund, it took longer than I expected to show back up, and I kept checking my account for it. Not a terrible experience overall, just wish that last step had been a bit quicker.

I ordered a shirt and, the fabric is nice, better than I was expecting. The print has held up after a couple washes too, so that’s good. The sizing was a little off for me, which is totally not annoying at all, but overall the quality is solid. I’d probably buy again.

I was hoping for something that felt more genuinely Polynesian, but the designs just came across like generic island clipart to me. On top of that, having to go through verification over and over got annoying and made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

My order showed up fine, but the shipping took longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge issue or anything, just slower than what a lot of other people seem to get from similar orders. Overall it was okay, but definitely not the quickest delivery.

I couldn’t wait to take this off. The fabric felt rough and cheap against my skin, and after wearing it just once, I was done. For the price, I expected way better comfort. What a joke

I left feeling let down. For what I paid, I was expecting something that felt a bit more special or at least worth the splurge, but it just came across as really basic. Maybe I had higher hopes because of the price, but the whole experience made me feel like my money could’ve gone somewhere better. I don’t think I’d come back again
